Our Conference Room is an impressive and adaptable facility.  It provides an excellent space for a range of activities.  The maximum capacity is 75 individual chairs in rows for a presentation or similar.  The room can also be set with a conference style table for a maximum of 36 or café style with small tables and chairs for up to 45. 

Technical Specifications:

• High-Definition 86" interactive touch-screen panel with integrated speakers
• Desktop computer with wireless mouse/keyboard
• Large wall mounted expandable wipe board

The room is wheelchair accessible.  There is a small kitchen area with mugs and glasses.

The current hire charges are as follows:

• Evening and weekend hourly rate £22 per hour (no refreshments provided)
